FLOWRITE 250 is a specialized “self-leveling underlayment” that produces free-flowing liquid mortar that self-flattens,
self-levels and self-smooth its surface automatically. Composed of portland cement, specialized polymer and chemical
modifiers it will re-surface and correct an uneven area from 0-1” (0-25 mm) depth in variation. The resulting finish is a smooth
and durable surface that is acceptable for the installation of all floor coverings.
