Import Data Add on

This video shows you how AGen import item master with quantity and automatically add on quantity if the item already exists in the system.
If you look at the last line of data. Item code 6233848, COTTON JERSEY FITTED SHEET S, the quantity is 17. Remember this quantity value.

Now transfer the excel file into AGen by just copy and pasting into the folder. This action can be done by your ERP or accounting software automatically.
The data will be automatically imported into AGen and displayed on the screen.
If your required data is automatically add on to your existing records in A-Gen, now look at the screen, by copying 2nd time the same data, item 6233848 quantity will become 34 and one more copy will become 51
