As I stepped into the virtual world of “Pools,” I found myself immersed in a surreal experience. Played from a first-person perspective, the game defies conventions. There are no enemies to battle, no complex puzzles to solve—just me, the environment, and my navigation skills.
Each of the six chapters presents a new environment, devoid of life yet teeming with mystery. The objective? Find the exit. As I wandered through dimly lit corridors, I encountered sublimely modeled objects and eerie works of art. The absence of background music heightened the tension; only the sounds of my footsteps echoed.
