Air Canada Express 7212 | Lethbridge (YQL) - Calgary (YYC) | Trip Report 2016

Welcome to my inaugural video. In this video I cover the first part of my vacation flying from Lethbridge to Calgary. The month of July was a real rainy and stormy month and the day leading up to this flight was no exception. There was a big storm that came through the day before including a tornado warning witch canceled a few flights going into Lethbridge. Luckily the warnings let up by the time well before the last flight of the day was supposed to come down. But there were still thunderstorms in the area which delayed the flight for an hour and a half. So because of that delay our flight was delayed an hour and fifteen minutes due to a regulation that states an aircrew must have a certain amount of rest time between their last flight of the day and their first flight of the day. Because of this delay it caused me to miss my connecting flight to Vancouver (which will be covered in my next video).

The flight I cover in this video was a pretty decent flight, even with the cloudy weather we had this morning it didn't really cause any turbulence. The downside of it was since we were flying above the clouds we couldn't see the Southern Alberta Countryside go by. But we were treated to good views of Lethbridge as we took off, and of Calgary as we were coming in. I hope you enjoy this video :).
