Gala (or Ptcha) is an Eastern European delicacy of jellied calf's bone. Love it or hate it, Gala is a classic. You can find the bones from your local butcher. I'm using flanken but you can add lamb to this as well. Some salt, garlic, onion and slow cooking will make this a meal you'll never forget.
