🔥 Smoked Garlic Butter Shrimp & Roasted Potatoes 🔥
Today we fired up the smoker and made some Smoked Garlic Butter Shrimp paired with crispy Roasted Potatoes. This recipe is easy, packed with flavor, and perfect for your next backyard cook.
🦐 Smoked Garlic Butter Shrimp
1️⃣ We started by seasoning the shrimp in a bowl with olive oil and Cajun Creole seasoning, then transferred them to a cast-iron skillet.
2️⃣ Added half a stick of butter, fresh garlic, and Italian seasoning for that rich garlic-butter flavor.
3️⃣ The smoker was set to 250°F, and the shrimp cooked for about 35 minutes, until they reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
🥔 Roasted Potatoes
4️⃣ While the shrimp were smoking, we prepped our side of roasted potatoes.
5️⃣ The potatoes were diced and placed in a foil-lined pan, then tossed with olive oil, Meat Church Blanco seasoning, butter, and garlic.
6️⃣ They cooked at 400°F for about 20 minutes until golden and tender.
Once everything was done, we let it cool slightly… then dug in! 🤤
