To be abandoned? Final months of train BO-1 to Rousselot, Peabody, MA - 4/13/2023

With the impending closure of the Rousselot Plant on the S. Reading Industrial Track in Peabody, MA I made another effort to capture the train BO-1's normal operations on the line. With the closure date estimated to be in June or July approaching I decided to get a few different shots than I got in the previous chase for better historical documentation. Given the various factors like no other customers, rumors about redevelopment of the plant property, and history of other closed lines it could easily become a bike path making this train's last days extremely significant, enough so that I spent the day filming again. This video starts in Salem, MA and chases the train to/from Rousselot and ends at the Swampscott MBTA Train Station.
