A Vinyl Tag based on the many stereotypes from the "I Am Canadian" rant here:
• I Am Canadian : The Rant
Here are the prompts. Give it a try:
1. Show a folk music or pioneer music album.
2. Show an album or song associated with the cold.
3. Show an album by and band or artist named Jimmy, Sally, or Suzie (or Tom, Dick, Harry, or Joe)
4. Show an album about a politician OR that discusses a political cause.
5. An album that has bilingual lyrics OR a song fully in French.
6. Show an album with a “boot” or other form of “footware” on the cover.
7. An album cover that is predominantly red, white, or a combination of the two OR has a maple leaf on it.
8. A song either about peace, promotes peace, or was played for a cause (e.g. Live Aid).
9. A band or duo that are either bi-racial, multi-ethnic, or made up of members from multiple countries. This may also include duets.
10. A song title or lyrics, album cover, or band name with a noble or trustworthy animal on it (these may be real or mythical).
11. An album cover with someone wearing something on their head OR with someone sitting on a couch or a chair.
12. Show 2 albums in which the band name or the artist’s last name (or has a member in the band whose last name) starts with the letters “A” and “Z”.
13. Any song title or song lyric with Canadian place name, Canadian geographic location, Canadian landform or landform region, or famous Canadian landmark in it.
14. An album cover or song that depicts ANY Canadian sports team name in it. These team names can be from any major sports league played in Canada (e.g. MLB, NHL, MLS, CHL, NBA, CFL, or NLL).
15. Show either the 24th album alphabetically in your collection OR an album or song about beer or whiskey (whisky)
16. An apologetic, thankful, or polite song.
