Well, I brought my sister-in-law Samsonite's luggage to Samsonite because the zipper was broken and the wheel was also rusting. Unfortunately, the luggage was covered by warranty for ten years depending on the serial model no. of the luggage.
If you will buy a luggage always check the warranty because there is also 5 years warranty. The warranty can be claimed if the serial no. is within the warranty period of your luggage warranty.
