All Walter Siola's family wanted was to enjoy Australia Day together at the beach.
But their Kurnell celebrations were turned upside down when council rangers flipped an inflatable pool set up for their 8-year-old, who has cerebral palsy.
Walter's parents say they didn't want to break the rules, just give their son the same opportunity as other children to have fun in the water.
