🎃 Pumpkin Baked Oats Recipe (2 servings)
Ingredients:
100 g rolled oats
250 ml plant-based milk (oat or almond)
120 g pumpkin purée
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
Toppings: vegan yogurt, pecans or chocolate chips, maple drizzle
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 20–25 min, until golden and fluffy.

Ingredients:
2 apples (cubed)
1 tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
