Tirunelveli halwa ingredients:
Broken samba wheat - 1 cup
Water - 4 cups ( for 1 cup wheat milk )
Sugar for caramelization - 1/2 cup
Water for making sugar it into string consistency - 1 cup
Extar sugar to be added after caramelization- 2 1/2 cups
