Cataclysm 100% (Fluke from 60%) | Beaten Feb 4, 2024 | GD 2.2

You know as they say, life before beating an extreme demon is different than life after beating an extreme demon.

When I entered GD, I saw bloodbath and got stumbled getting to 2%, and with cata, I couldn't practice the first wave at all. I thought for a very long time I could only beat cata with either a speedhack (something done by aeonair) or a nerfed version (something done by vortrox), but going up my way to beating the actual thing is mind boggling.

I dedicate this to the person who accidentally brought me back to GD after a 6-year hiatus as well as helping me in the toughest times. I don't talk enough to them as much as I feel like I did and keep doing wrong things and don't want to bring more pain onto them while they are focusing with their future. Keeping a bit of contact and letting life be is enough.

For some reason I decided to go to this over Acu. Idk, when i tried acu, it felt pretty boring to play and learny, and I wanted to be a bit (not so much) different than other players going for their first extreme, so I wanted the real first bible level of GD.

IDK how but thank God I fluked from 60%. I miraculously did the duel ship first try even though I really thought I would die there at least once. But alas, my supersonic and cata flukes carried over to congregation.

Anyway, once I beat cata, I realized the world is my jam and I felt like I could jump to whatever I want. Hehe I wonder where that went. Sometimes I wanna say I escaped from a tiny prison to a bigger one, but GD is nothing like that and it shouldn't be.

Why did I upload this so late? Well, I wanted to edit in my clicks since the way I recorded things was very different, and the clicks are on my phone. However, now it's unneeded and i'm lazy now.

My reaction was a bit sad and I cropped bits out of it.

Enjoyability: 69/100 (cata's gameplay is fairly standard. Pass the wave, handle the first 40%, then the other shenanigans after that are easier. Thankfully cata is 1min long, AND IT'S COOL)
