This video was originally created as a project for my THE 2280ID "Introduction to Theatre Stages & Technology" class at NYCCT with Prof. Swift.

There are some project requirements that the video did not address, which I will address here:
1) "Discuss the permanent stage arrangement. If a flexible arrangement, explain how it transforms."
There's nothing extremely special about the stage arrangement. From the photographs, it's evident that it's an elevated platform, without a proscenium, and can most closely be classified as a thrust stage, with dining seats to the left, right, and front of the stage. It does not appear flexible, but I can't confirm that.
2) "Discuss the technological capabilities of the theater and stage: elevators, lighting, projection, stage lifts, flies and scrims, amplification systems, digital media."
From the photographs, it's evident that they have professional lighting and electrical amplification, but they probably wouldn't have room for much else due to restricted space and height. The minimal presence of equipment can also be interpreted from D.L. Roth's statement, "There is no hiding up here. There are no fake vocals. There is no fake anything." As for the more detailed specs regarding their capabilities, I would need to find those out by going to the place myself (and I'm not in the mood to pay the $10-$15 cover charge ... yet).
