Transforming the 2019 Street Scrambler into The Street Sled

In this video, Jason from British Customs takes us through the transformation of a 2019 Street Scrambler into an aggressive off-road "Street Sled." The process begins with the bike’s initial development, including the addition of a pan tail light with retro turn signals, a slammer seat, protaper dirt track bars, and TKC 80 tires. After some desert testing, they identified areas for improvement, particularly in the suspension, prompting a complete teardown and rebuild.

After testing that setup for a while, there was still work to be done to keep pushing the limits of what could be done with the scrambler. This all starts with disassembling the bike.
