Permadeath All Contracts speedrun:
Starts with Custom Character, Neutral faction, No starting gear, any traits, Permadeath difficulty
Turn in all completable Contracts and Missions in the current version that are available to a Neutral faction start (exclusions are shown after the run)
Timer starts after confirming character creation
Timer stops after turning in the last contract

This is my first full run with LiveSplit up, so there are many LiveSplit and AutoSplit hilarities, such as certain TP not triggering loading screen thus not triggering auto split.
Major time save for looting a blank tape before heading to Flood Plain, enabling early Stone Maze and saving a second trip to RG West.
Minor time save for getting the close spawn at The Maw.
Major time loss for getting a helmet out of red chest, forgetting to bring more blue TP before leaving Observatory, and safehouse backup strat.
Sub 50 is definitely possible.
