This is the video of Continuous Color Coating Line supplied by YOGIJI-DIGI at M/s. RAJESH METAL CRAFTS LTD., NEPAL within a year from the first CCL in Uganda.
The line is designed at 50 MPM for 1250 mm wide incoming galvanized strip with thickness ranging from 0.20 - 0.80 mm.
It uses state of the art GFG, USA S-Wrap coaters. These coaters not only ensure uniform paint coating but a fine metered coating control is also possible
The catenary type paint baking oven is indigenously designed and uses Electric Heaters to indirectly heat the painted strip. The oven delivered outstanding results in terms of achieving the PMT (peak metal temperature) and thereby resulting in excellent gloss and paint adhesion.
The first coil processed in this line was a prime salable coil which exceeded the customer's explicit and implicit expectations.
And not mention that YOGIJI-DIGI have orders for two more Color Coating Lines one for Zambia and the second for Mozambique.
