On this very day in 2001, Bon Jovi finished their Japanese leg of their One Wild Night tour in Tokyo! A setlist loaded with surprises, an then-unsuspected song comeback from a time when you could count on Japanese shows being something special! Halfway through the show, Jon's vocals start to take a dive, he gives the verses of Always almost a TLFR-kind-of-vibe and probably regrets having put Something To Believe In on the setlist for the third consecutive show. As stellar as some performances of these two tracks were in 2001, it became obvious that he had to push past his comfort zone already.
The audio was replaced by a good friend of mine, immensely enhancing the quality to the upload around. It was reworked for more attack and a better balance afterwards. The video was very dark, so a lot level adjustments were done to get some more watchability into it.
