Chicken and Rice with Linguica

Ingredients:
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion chopped
1 1/2-2 pounds of chicken tenders chopped in large cubes
1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper or more depending on how spicy you
want it.
1--15.75 oz of stewed tomatoes undrained
1 1/2 cups of rice
2 Goya Sazon packets
3/4 cup of chicken broth. Add more if needed for rice to become soft.
1/2 pound of linguica chopped
2 tbsp of canola oil

Directions:
Add canola oil, onions, linguica, garlic, and crushed red pepper to a large
frying pan and saute until onions are tender. Then add chicken chunks and
mix. Add the Goya Sazon packets and stewed tomatoes mix well. Add rice
and chicken broth, mix well. Cover and cook on a low boil until the rice is
soft (about 20-30 minutes). Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
