In this Encounter doccie series, 20-year-old student Khethiwe Mhlanga shares how she was hurt where she should’ve felt safe — in the church. As a child, she was raped. That trauma caused her to question her faith and nearly broke her. She tried to end her life many times, but every attempt failed.
Khethiwe later experienced a miracle healing and was delivered from a witchcraft curse. Even in her darkest moments, Jesus found her and gave her a new beginning.
