✅ Ingredients:
5–6 boiled eggs (chopped or sliced)
2 medium onions (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (crushed or pureed)
1 tbsp ginger–garlic paste
3–4 green chilies (slit or chopped)
Fresh coriander (finely chopped)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
1½ tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2–3 tbsp oil
Optional: 1 tbsp fresh cream or malai for extra richness

✅ Method (Short & Clear):
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
2. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
3. Add ginger–garlic paste and green chilies; sauté well.
4. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
5. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, pepper, and salt.
6. Cook the masala for 5–7 minutes on medium heat.
7. Add chopped boiled eggs and gently mix with the masala.
8. Add a little water if needed for consistency.
9. Finish with garam masala and fresh coriander.
10. Optional: Add cream for a rich and creamy texture.
