マゴチは、ずんぐりとした見かけとは裏腹に、大変おいしい魚です。大物ほど捌くのが大変ですが、釣れた時はぜひ夕食に。刺身も美味ですが、季節の野菜と合わせて頂くパリっとした天ぷら。これには脱帽でしょう。
This time I fished "MAGOCHI" Flathead in HEISAURA surf. At first an accident happened in casting, but I got it !! The Cooking of MAGOCHI・・・TEMPRA is the BEST ! I thank the grace of the sea from bottom of my heart.
