Métis singer-songwriter, actor, and multidisciplinary artist Kaeley Jade discusses her upbringing and how her community and family have shaped her worldview and creative voice.

In 2024, Kaeley Jade, along with five other emerging Indigenous artists, converged at Studio Bell, home of the National Music Centre, for a five-day intensive artist development program that offered career guidance, mentorship from music industry leaders, and the opportunity for artists to connect with each other and share ideas.
