If you want to play safe using great sword, I think this method is perfect. Unless you already have health regenerate augmentation. This is 3rd gen move set. A little bit different from the 4th, it doesn't have midair attack and strong wide slash.
Gen 3 GS style included in: Tri, P3rd, 3G/U
Gen 3 GS style restriction:
No tackle
No true charge slash
No midair attack
No strong wide slash
No follow up attack after strong charge
Disclaimer:
This is only imitating move, it's not exactly the same as 3rd gen move. There's difference like:
In 3rd gen, you can enter strong charge only after slap, while in this game you can enter strong charge after tackle or normal charge. Tackle is prohibited so I used normal charge to enter the strong charge.
