How To Make Pasta Carbonara - Easy Carbonara Recipe
This Pasta Carbonara Recipe is a must try. It is super simple to make and is great for leftovers. Below are the ingredients that I used, but this is a recipe that you don't need to follow to the T.
Pasta Carbonara Ingredients:
16 to 18 Ounces Pasta Of Your Choice (I used Fettuccine)
1 to 1 1/2 Pounds of This Cut Bacon Cut into Strips
5 Eggs Whisked
1 Cup Parmesan Grated
1 Cup Romano Grated
*You can use 2 cups of either of the cheeses instead of both*
1/4 Cup Basil Thinly sliced (more or less is fine)
1/4 Cup Flat leaf Parsley Roughly Chopped (more or less is fine)
*save some Basil & Parsley for garnish*
1 heaping tablespoon minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper (to taste)
