In this video I'll tear down a antique Luther Household hand crank operated grinder.
I think this was used to sharpen chisels. It has excessive play in the shafts, and something is grinding internally. I want to repair it, not restore it.
We'll use a hydraulic press to take it apart, and then add copper washers to act as thrust bearings.
