Hello everyone, my name is Alexey, I live in Russia in the city of Yekaterinburg. My four-legged friend's name is Pyosel. Today I decided to visit my cabin in the forest. I came alone, because this season there is a lot of snow and it is very difficult to move, I use snowshoes that prevent me from falling down into the snow, my dog does not have this opportunity and he cannot walk in deep snow, so I left him at home . Everything is fine with him, he is healthy and well-fed. Thank you for worrying about him and me.

First of all, I go to inspect the territory; snow has fallen from the roof of the house and formed a huge snowdrift near the wall. I also noticed that a tree fell on my gazebo again, unfortunately the roof did not survive, I will have to redo it again. Approaching the tree house, I remembered that last time I carried the ladder to the house when I covered the roof of the house with a tarp, so this time I will not be able to get inside the tree house, from the outside it looks intact.
Next, I bring all the things into the house, by the way, the mice pulled the insulation out of the wall and now there is a hole in the house. First I'll light a fire inside the oven to keep it warm. By the way, the weather outside is good, only minus 2 degrees Celsius. I also noticed that the pipe from the stove was a little askew, probably blown away by the wind, this is easy to fix.
Next, I decided to clear the area of snow so that I could walk without falling through. It is quite difficult to remove such a large amount of snow alone. If my dog were nearby, she would certainly help me)
Now I can calmly walk near the house. It's warm and cozy inside, I also included a garland, it creates a special mood. I closed all the cracks that formed in the house, I think this is due to the mice. They pulled out part of the insulation and dragged it into their holes. Now that I have done a lot of things, I can lie down and relax. And after rest I will start preparing dinner.
Today I will cook a casserole, the recipe is very simple. Pour pasta into the baking dish so that it covers the bottom of the plate, put the meat in the second layer and salt it, put small tomatoes in the third layer and also salt them. Next, I mixed sour cream with seasoning and milk. You need to fill the dish with this mixture. The next layer consists of greens, in my case it is parsley and I grated a large amount of cheese on the very top. Place in the oven for 1 hour.
The dish is very tasty and satisfying, try cooking it at home.
After dinner, I like to go out into the fresh air, walk through the forest, look at the tracks of animals, I don’t really understand them, but I know for sure that I saw the tracks of a hare.
It's time to sleep, good night! I didn’t turn off the garland all night, it provides light lighting so that I could add firewood to the stove and at the same time the light from the garland does not interfere with my sleep. I woke up 3-4 times during the night. If I don’t add more wood, it will become very cold inside.
In the morning I washed my face with snow, I love doing this, it’s very refreshing.
