The Besafe Training Building and Construction Employment Pathways program offers candidates the opportunity to choose from three specialized pathways: Civil Plant, Tradie Introduction, or Environmental Deconstruction.
Civil Plant Introduction: Gain hands-on experience and training in operating diggers, excavators, and rollers. This pathway includes the RTW endorsement and practical experience on real machinery.
Tradie Introduction: Develop essential skills for the construction industry, such as working at heights, using harnesses, operating mobile elevated work platforms, and hands-on experience with a variety of tools.
Deconstruction Operative: Ideal for those interested in a career in asbestos and hazardous waste removal, focusing on safety and best practices in the industry.
Each pathway includes fundamental construction training, such as First Aid and ConstructSafe, ensuring that all candidates are well-prepared for the industry. Our expert trainers provide top-notch instruction, and our qualified team offers comprehensive support throughout the programme.
