When my wife was a child her Dad would combine potatoes, onions, butter and seasoning, wrap it all in aluminum foil and throw it on a hot grill. Soon a wonderfully deep brown side dish was enjoyed by the whole family! Here is my version of that masterpiece made using my Weber Q's griddle plate. But don't fret if you don't have a griddle plate. You can use foil just like Leonard used to and still get good results!.
