Click this URL to see the top 2 Warrior talent trees. 1 has utility and gap close cd reset, whilst the other has the best possible damage output for tank and spank fights. You can only use the min maxing dmg tree if you have a cat/bear/other warrior with the 5% crit talent.

Glyph of Cleaving (this is my go to as it helps with add fights and trash very useful in ICC/RS25HC, especially progression)
Glyph of Execution DPS increase for single target ONLY fights. I still prefer Cleaving as it helps with Lich King and RS25HC Halion adds
Glyph of Rending Useful pre T10 4/4, mostly

Stats
Hit 5% is our cap with Precision talent this is 163.95 rating (164)
Expertise You need 26 expertise in your Main Hand ONLY do not worry about Off Hand
Armor Penetration 1399.3 is the cap (aka 1400)
Crit 100% is cap for Specials and 55% for whites
Haste No need to worry about this. It is not awful to get when geared but you do not want it if you arent arp capped, or need more crit.



Rotation (priority list)
Spam Heroic Strike as it does not share Global Cooldown
Bloodthirst
Whirlwind
Heroic Throw
Slam IF you have Slam! proc
Execute ONLY use this if you have enough rage for your normal rotation
Rend Only for the die heart warriors who track melee swings
