Hyundai is the parent company of Kia and the two often share technologies but try to maintain their own design philosophies. This is clearly the case with the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and this car, the Kia EV6.
Where the Ioniq is all razor sharp Origami creases on the outside, the EV6 is curvy and swoopy. But how does is drive on Kiwi roads? Jump in next to Blu and we'll find out.
CORRECTION:- a learned subscriber clarified the charging rate confusion I had. In his words..."the EV6 has an 800V (Volt) architecture like the Porsche Taycan - most other EVs are 400V. This means it can charge from 10-80% on a 350kW DC charger in just 18 minutes." Thank you Peter Welsh.
