Wondrous Journeys (W/ Tapestry of Happiness Tag) - Disneyland 70th Anniversary: FWSim Ultimate [4K]

Hi everyone!

To all who come to this happy place, welcome. Today, July 17th 2025 marks the 70th anniversary of the grand opening of Disneyland.

For every month of this year up until Disneyland's grand 70th anniversary, I've been re-creating 8 of Disneyland's most memorable and monumental fireworks spectaculars starting at the oldest and working up to the most recent. Some of these shows I have made re-creations of in the past, and by now It's no secret that I love re-creating Disney fireworks shows through FWSim. But in the almost 5 years I've owned the program, the software itself has gone through a number of groundbreaking updates and changes, the most recent of which being an absolutely magnificent graphical overhaul. And so FWSim The Ultimate edition comes into being; essentially re-mastering and re-creating previous works created with the program and making them shinier.

Today's very special episode features a re-creation of Disneyland's most recent nighttime spectacular and a fan favorite at that; Wondrous Journeys. Debuting on January 23rd, 2023 as part of the Disney100 celebration, This show invites audiences to embark on a magical adventure throughout 100 years of Disney animation and storytelling. The show returned for Disneyland's 70th anniversary this past May and is scheduled to run through the end of the summer. Also included in this video is a special 70th anniversary tag to the show based on the new It's A Small World projection show that also debuted this past year, Tapestry of Happiness. The show is a quick tag-length love letter to t he history of the Disneyland Resort and a perfect fit to tie off the end of the countdown series.
