In this vlog you are going to witness the most scenic route the heart of the Kerala and Western Ghats.

Our train passes through core Kerala from Ernakulam to Palakkad and the northern part of the western ghats which is called walayar ghats.


This Train is a Reborn Express, earlier before COVID 19 Pandemic, this train used to run with Slip Coaches with the Dhanbad - Alappuzha Bokaro Express, the slip coaches were attached at Rourkela Junction, after the Pandemic this hasn't been functional and got cancelled Completely.

In 2021 South Eastern Railways decided to resume this train operations again but as a seperate Train between Tatanagar and Ernakulam Junction without any slip coaches, initial days it used to run with ICF Cocahes latet in 2022 this train is upgraded to LHB Coaches.

This train is also called as the Brother of Bokaro Express.

Ernakulam Jn - Tatanagar Express is a daily running train this train is operated by South Eastern Railways which connects the Kerala Financial Capital City Ernakulam (Kochi) with the Steel City Tatanagar in Jharkand

This train originates from Ernakulam Junction in Kerala and travels via Thrissur, Palakkad, Podanur, Katpadi, Perambur, Vijayawada, Gudivada, Tanuku, Visakhapatnam, Parvathipuram, Kesinga, Rourkela and terminates as Tatanagar in Jharkand.

This train has one speciality, this train of the very few train that skips Coimbatore Junction, it takes the bypass line from Podanur Junction and joins the main line at Irugur Junction, and the this is the only train that skips Coimbatore during the day time

Podanur Junction is one of the supporting Station for Coimbatore Junction, To decrease the traffic load on Coimbatore Junction the bypass line has been laid from Podanur to Irugur
