UrbanBlanx Lockdown Special - Secret Carp Fishing Session - Covid 19 - 2020 - 5 YEARS ON!

I hope you enjoy this little April fool I filmed FIVE YEARS AGO, back in the first lockdown when we couldn't go out to fish or do anything.

I decided to go through the motions of a typical carp session, keeping a straight face in the freezing wind and icy hail (towards the end). I even made a new type of mini Nash Bushwhacker baiting spoon on the 3D printer, that I actually use nowadays!

It was good fun at the time and good for my mental health. So if you stuck in a rut, just get out into the countryside or visit the coast, put your phone away and have a good walk, get some fresh air and walk with someone you can talk openly with. It'll do you the world of good, trust me.

"All we have is now", remember that. It's about forgetting the past, not worrying about a future, but living in 'the now', which is such a stress buster if you're not sure how to get through a difficult part of your life.
