Ingredients:
For Yeast Activation
100 mL lukewarm milk
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp dry yeast
For the Dough
250 mL buttermilk or yogurt
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
1 egg
500 g flour
1 tsp baking powder (~3.5–4 g)
For Brushing
1 egg
Baking
Bake in a preheated oven at 380 °F (190 °C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
