🥄 Ingredients: (1 cup = 250 ml)
• 1 egg 🥚
• 8 tbsp sugar
• A pinch of salt
• A bit of vanilla
• 8 tbsp oil
• 8 tbsp yogurt
• 8 tbsp milk
• Zest of 1 lemon 🍋
• Juice of 2 lemons 🍋🍋
• 8 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
Bake in a 26 cm pan at 175°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes, until golden and fluffy.
