The report claims his aides were concealing his cognitive decline from the start of his presidency. Wall Street Journal reporter Rebecca Ballhaus says she and her colleagues spoke to 50 Biden insiders. "I think, of course, the fact that Biden has lost the election and is not going to be president as of late January next year, makes it a lot easier for some people to speak," she says.
