The Whitsunday region in Queensland is a jewel on the Queensland coast,whether on a boat in the air or just on the coast its a must and only 25 km from the highway.
I used to work here many years ago and always love coming back.
Airlie Beach is the commercial hub here many hotels and backpackers.
At the time of my visit there was a cruise ship off shore, very popular place.
Make sure you watch till the end as I got some beautiful footage.
