** Ingredients List: **
1lb. ground beef
about ½ of an onion
2 tbsp milk
3 eggs: 1 for the salisbury steak mix, 1 for topping the dish, ...and 1 in case you get hungry in the meantime?
¼ cups breadcrumbs
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 oz. onion soup mix
about ½ tbsp butter
about ½ cups water
