To play, pause, make full screen, change video quality, and zoom in YouTube videos on a mobile device, follow these easy steps:

 

Mobile Devices

 

1. Play and Pause: Tap the play/pause button at the centre of the video to start or stop playback.

 

2. Full Screen: To switch to full-screen mode, tap on the full-screen button located at the bottom right corner of the video player. It looks like two arrows pointing outwards. Tap the same button or the "X" icon in the top right corner to exit full-screen mode.

 

3. Change Video Quality: Tap on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the video player. From the menu that appears, tap on "Quality." Choose the desired video quality from the list. Higher quality, like 4K, consumes more data, so be mindful of your data plan or use Wi-Fi.

 

4. Zoom In: To zoom in on a specific part of the video, use the pinch-to-zoom gesture on the video playback screen. Place two fingers on the screen and move them apart to zoom in and bring them closer together to zoom out.

 

Computers/PC/Mac

 

1. Play and Pause: To play or pause the video, simply click on the play/pause button located at the bottom of the video player. The button has a triangle symbol for play and a vertical line for pause.

 

2. Full Screen: To switch to full-screen mode, click on the full-screen button, which is usually represented by a square or two arrows pointing outwards. This will make the video fill your entire screen. To exit full-screen mode, press the 'Esc' key on your keyboard or click on the 'Exit Full Screen' button.

 

3. Change Video Quality: You can adjust the video quality to match your viewing preferences or internet connection speed. Click on the gear icon at the bottom-right corner of the video player, then select the desired video quality from the list. Higher quality (such as 2k or 4K) will provide a clearer image but may require more data and a faster internet connection. If you're on a limited data plan or experiencing buffering issues, consider selecting a lower quality setting.

 

4. Zoom In: To zoom in on specific parts of the video, you can use the pinch-to-zoom gesture on touch-enabled devices. For desktop users, you can use browser extensions that offer zoom functionality. Keep in mind that zooming in may affect the video quality, especially if you're not watching in high definition.
