Biblical fasting is a kingdom principle that demands a disciplined walk in the life of the believer. Unfortunately, we live in a time where many are being taught that fasting isn't important to the modern-day Christian. It's something only for the Pastor or church leaders to do when they feel like it, but this thinking couldn't be further from the truth.

The reason the enemy doesn't want you and I too fast is because there are benefits that can only be received when we fast, and the enemy knows it.
