近日有人請我食紅棗糕,
真是好好味呀!!!
但 1 百多元 只有十多粒,
真是太昂貴!!!
所以我決定翻造,
但紅棗不是每人也可接受...
所以我會由紅棗變正南棗,
今次讓我們來復刻 "南棗糕"啦
Recently someone gives some red dates cake to try,
It's so delicious!!
But it costs about 100 HKD for 10 pieces,
So expensive!
So I decided to remake,
Red dates are not acceptable to everyone...
So I will change from red dates to dried jujubes (Black Dates),
Let's remake "dried jujubes Cake" this time

300g 南棗泥 Jujube paste ( Black Date paste)
250g 清水 Water
30g 蔗糖/黃糖 Brown Sugar
200g 麥芽糖 Maltose
25g 植物油 Vegetable Oil
20g 粟粉 Corn Starch
20 g 清水 Water
250-300g 核桃 Walnuts
QS 適量 芝麻 Sesame
