Rear Delt Flyes
Posture check.
Start with arms extended out in front, shoulder width.
Allow for light slack in the band.
Grip the band with palms facing inwards or downwards.
Keep a natural bend in elbow.
Pull the arms away from each other and back.
Extend until you feel a squeeze in the shoulder blades.
Slowly return, keeping the arms at the same height all the way through the movement.
To progress, reduce the slack on the band/hands narrower.
Always ensure you are dressed appropriately to exercise, stay hydrated and be safe.
