Upscaled and added borders to reach 720p so Youtube won't totally butcher the video quality

Hopefully contains all Jessie/Katie clips in the show
Manually synced the audio to every clip
I didn't limit strictly to J/K scenes so there are some longer scenes when I thought it was easier to sync the clips with them and they set up next (or later) scene or was in my opinion important for character's background (for example Sarah talking to Jessie about Katie)
