Webinar: Staying Safe as a Home Visitor

Officer Paul Rondeau of the Manchester Police Department, shares important considerations for home visitors in order to stay safe. He discusses what home visitors should consider both prior to and during visits, as well as what one should be thinking about to leave a client's home safely. Officer Rondeau discusses the importance of sharing information with your colleagues and tips for diffusing an angry client. Finally, he covers some general personal safety information from which anyone can benefit regardless of your professional role.

Officer Paul Rondeau has been serving with the Manchester Police Department since 2000. He is currently assigned to the Community Policing Division and serves as the Crime Prevention Officer. In this role he performs many tasks which are primarily focused on educating the public regarding all aspects of safety and security. Paul routinely conducts home and business security surveys, various types of safety seminars, and serves as the School Programs Officer. Additionally he is the police liaison for Manchester Crimeline, a board member with the NH Council on Autism, and Certified Defensive Driving Instructor for NH Police Standards and Training Council.
