Press & hold SHIFT key and click on RESTART to enter the ADVANCED OPTIONS Menu. You may not see the "WINDOWS RECOVERY AND DIAGNOSTIC TOOLSET" for the 1st time, Perform the same for at least 5 times to view this option.
