In this video, I show how I make a DIY die set for bending and forming metal with my Harbor Freight 20 Ton hydraulic press. It's very simple and works excellent for bending metal and aluminum. I had to make these dies to bend 3/16" steel when making a modification to my Harbor Freight press. Hopefully you can take away some ideas from the concept to help with your next project when needing to bend or form metal.
