Village Life In Iran Mountains Far From Civilization | Storing Like Villagers/ simple recipe
Hi dear friend
On a beautiful and sunny day in our lovely village, I woke up as the first rays of the sun gently fell on the ground. The clucking clucking of chickens and geese was in my ears. I slowly got out of bed and went to the yard.
Looking at the yard, I saw geese and ducks roaming around with enthusiasm. I went to them with a happy heart and brought them some seeds and fodder. The geese were happily picking the seeds and the ducks were swimming in the small pond next to them. These simple but sweet moments cheered me up.
After feeding the geese and ducks, I thought about preparing a traditional meal. I decided to make delicious samosas. Samosas are a delicious and popular food in many villages, which are memorable with their taste and aroma.

Samosa Recipe

Ingredients:
*For the dough:*
250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of liquid oil
Water as needed
*For the ingredients inside the samosa:*
300 grams of cooked and mashed potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of cumin
Salt as needed
2 tablespoons of liquid oil
Preparation steps:
1. *Prepare the dough:*
In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Then add the liquid oil and knead with your hands.
Gradually add water to make a soft and tender dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for half an hour.

2. *Prepare the ingredients inside:*
In a pan, heat the oil and fry the chopped onion until golden.
Add mashed potatoes and spices (turmeric, black pepper and cumin) and mix well. Let it fry for a few more minutes.

3. *Making the samosa:*
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll out each piece with a rolling pin.
Place some of the ingredients in the middle of the dough and pinch the two sides of the dough together to form a triangle.

4. *Frying:*
Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the samosa slowly until golden and crispy.

5. *Serving:*
Serve the samosa with hot sauce or yogurt and enjoy their delicious taste.

After preparing these delicious samosa, I returned to the yard and sat with my family, admiring the beauty of the village and the delicious taste of our samosa.  This beautiful and memorable day in the village will always remain in my mind.
