Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
For CURRY -
Water (पानी) - 2 cups
Tomato, roughly cut (टमाटर) - 1 kg
Onion, large (प्याज़) - 1 no
Ginger, 2” piece (अदरक) - 1 no
Garlic cloves (लहसुन) - 8 no
Cashew nuts, broken (काजू) - ¼ cup
Black cardamom (काली इलाइची) - 3 nos
Butter (मक्खन) - 2 tbsp
Hamdard Khaalis Butter Chicken Masala (बटर चिकन मसाला) - 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) - 1½ tsp
For CHICKEN TIKKA -
Chicken with bone (चिकन हड्डी के साथ) - 1 kg
Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) - 1 tbsp
Lemon, small (नींबू) - 2 nos
For MARINADE -
Mustard oil (सरसों तेल) - 4 tbsp
Hamdard Khaalis Chicken Tikka Masala (बटर चिकन मसाला) - 2½ tbsp
Ginger garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) - 1 tbsp
Salt (नमक) - to taste
Hung curd (गाढ़ी दही) - ½ cup
On PAN -
Butter (मक्खन) - 3 tbsp
Ginger, chopped (अदरक) - 1 tbsp
Green chilli, chopped (हरि मिर्च) - 2 nos
Hamdard Khaslis Butter Chicken Masala (बटर चिकन मसाला) - 1 tbsp
Kasoori methi powder (कसूरी मेथी पाउडर) - ½ tsp
Sugar (चीनी) - ½ tbsp
Cream (क्रीम) - 2 tbsp
Coriander, chopped (ताज़ा धनिया) - handful
