Seed's Strength & The (Potential) Problem with Character Power in Zenless Zone Zero

Every time the new patch and Prydwen tier list drops, the community begins discussing about the character power in Zenless Zone Zero. It feels like a lot of players want stronger units to release but I don't think everyone full understands what that does to the game.
